The Inauguration Ceremony of Eleventh South Asian Telecommunications Regulators’ Council (SATRC)  organized by the APT and hosted by the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka commenced on 24th of November, 2009.
The Minister of Export Development and International Trade, of Sri Lanka, Hon Professor G. L. Peiris was the Chief Guest. Deputy  Minister of Post and Telecommunications, Hon.Mr.S.Selvasamy also attended the event.
