CPP - COMMERCIALLY KNOWN AS INCOMING FREE!

'CPP' WHAT IT MEANS :

At present, a Mobile Cellular Subscriber who received a call is charged for receiving the call.

The Government and the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka (TRCSL) have decided that a move to a CALLING PARTY PAYS(CPP) regime shall take place soon whereby a Subscriber who originated a call to a Mobile Cellular Phone will bear the cost of the entire call.  This will result in the Mobile Cellular Subscriber not being charged for receiving the call.
