Quality of Service Rules made for
the fixed access operators by the
Telecommunications Regulatory Commission of Sri
Lanka under the section 68 read with Section
5(r) of the Sri Lanka Telecommunications Act No
25 of 1991, as amended, has been gazetted on
31st August 2001, bearing No. 1199/28.
Accordingly the indicators given below have been
submitted by the operators for the 1st Quarter
2003.
