Issue/renewal
of Licences for use of Radio Frequency and
Radio Frequency Emitting Apparatus under
Section 22 of the Sri Lanka Telecommunications
Act No.25 of 1991 as amended by Act No.27
of 1996 shall be in accordance with the
Regulations and Rules stipulated by Gazettes
Extraordinary of the Democratic Socialist
Republic of Sri Lanka bearing Nos. 929/10
and 1104/4, dated 1996.06.25 and 1999.11.01
respectively. |

Accordingly
every application for issue' 'renewal
of a Licence under Section 22 shall be
made in the prescribed form stipulated
in the aforesaid Gazette No. 929/10.

| 3. |
You
are required to apply for issue/renewal
of the licence within 4 weeks of this Notice. |
| 4. |
Issue/renewal
of this Licence shall be only on payment
of the prescribed fees and settlement
of arrears in full.

| 5. |
Failure
to apply for the Licence within the stipulated
time in Paragraph (3J above will result
in the withdrawal of Radio Frequencies allocated
and sealing of Radio Frequency emitting
apparatus. |
