Modes of Payment

1. If you make the payment via GovPay,
   Payments may be made to access the GovPay service under the Government Payments of your online banking portal by accurately selecting the relevant institution/service category and entering the payment amount and license/reference number.
2. Payments may be made in cash, by cheque, or by credit/debit card at the Finance Division located at No. 276, Elvitigala Mawatha, Colombo 08, on weekdays (excluding public holidays) between 8.30 a.m. and 3.00 p.m.
3. If payment is made by cheque, the cheque should be drawn in favor of “Telecommunications Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka” and crossed “Account Payee Only”.
4. Payments may be made by direct deposit or online transfer to the following bank account.

If using Method 04 above, you are required to forward a copy of the bank deposit slip immediately after transferring the funds to the account of the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka, together with the proforma invoice, letter, advertisement copy, or any other relevant documents issued by the Commission, to the fax number, WhatsApp number, or email address indicated  below.

Furthermore, it is mandatory to include the TRCSL reference number, license number, or proforma invoice number in the bank deposit slip/reference field.

Regardless of the method used above, an official receipt must be obtained from the TRCSL Finance Division as confirmation of payment for obtaining TRCSL approvals or license renewal, as acknowledgement of payment made for TRCSL approvals or license renewal.

If there is failure to adhere with the above guidelines, the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka will not be responsible for any resulting delays.
