The Telecommunications Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka (TRCSL) organized a training programme on “Spectrum Management and Monitoring” with the assistance of the Asia-Pacific Telecommunity (APT), in partnership with Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), India, from 24 to 28 November 2025 at the TRCSL Auditorium.
The objective of the programme was to strengthen the capacity building of professionals at TRCSL, particularly in the areas of spectrum planning, management, and monitoring in line with evolving regulatory and technological requirements.
The training programme was conducted by Mr. Ajay K. Tiwari, Assistant Manager, BSNL, India, and was attended by 28 participants representing the Spectrum Management, Networks, Licence Management, Competition, Compliance, and Policy & International Relations Divisions of TRCSL.
